Me too, I had some problems accessing the site this morning and yesterday too and it was announced by theymos that it might happen but whenever this site is off-line I find myself completely lost.

I wondered what was going on with the site yesterday.  The browser kept telling me that my connection attempt was rejected and to check my network settings.  I thought my IP had been banned or something.

Alot of instances of downtime, DDOS attacks, and service or hardware issues, but I'm sure they're working on a more longterm fix for reliability.

Whoa, I was having withdrawal symptoms for a little while there!   Undecided

A full day off, is good though, not so compulsive trying to read every thread and a good reboot from the site overall.

Sure, I see some of my posts from the last day are gone, but 24 hours is really nothing in the grand scheme of things.

Kudos Bitcointalk staff for bringing back the site intact for the most part.

Nope, just RAID array failure. DDOS wouldn't cause data loss.

I was helpless without all the people here telling me what to buy and when.

Did anybody watch the markets to see if the absence of hype and fud made a difference?
