bought, i dont see reddcoin here.....
so far so good, will be testing out.  Cheesy

edit: i also dont see bitcoin..

both of these have been fixed and the new updates are on the app store. They usually take 1-2 hours to take effect, then your phone should see it and either notify you or update itself, depending on your settings.

The link to the app is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=stringtheory.cryptos.multiprice

I have considered free apps in the past, but those were for single coins and didn't amount to much income at all. In future builds I will remove the donation button, but first I want to add more coins.

For each new coin, it adds about 15kb to the apk. That said, I am working on a method to pass the variable into the coin activity, making it dynamic. The current version uses static variables requiring a new activity per coin.

Tl;dr-- I'm gonna make it smaller and more efficient

Finally, I will add reddcoin, and impliment the btc value into the layout (it's there already, you just don't see it displayed)

Expect an update probably by midnight EST

If your charging, I would do away with ay mention of donations.
Have you thought of just making it as a free APP and then asking for donations?

I like the idea and I wish you the best of luck and please keep us informed Smiley

I can display the bitcoin value in all of the other coin activities, since it already uses it to calculate net worth values.

I could make it able to compare to custom coins, but would cause a significant addition to rendering time. For each coin in a single activity, assume about 2-3 seconds to load. Currently there are 2 it uses per activity- btc and x, where x is the current coin

Devcoin will be implimented, the others are already added.

The app is listed for sale on google play already, I'll post the link:

3.Dogecoin
4.Devcoin

and perhaps some other, and it would be nice if you can set your own currency other than $.

OK guys. I would like some input. I am putting this simple android app for sale on Google Play for 99 cents. This is how much is done.

You launch to a menu where you can select a coin, and from there, the app fetches the value of that coin, some of its trade data, and the price of bitcoin in USD.

When a user enters their holdings for that coin, the app displays your bitcoin value and cash value for what you have.
There's error catching, in case you click on GO without having entered a number. Also, it won't let you accidentally add numbers.

There's a nifty donation button too, but I will probably do away with it after it gets some downloads.

I will be updating the app as it gets more popular. I can add new coins on a whim. That being said, I need to know which coins to start with. What should I add first?

Any ideas for the splash screen and icon?
