Wow... lots of these lately. I'll say the same thing I said before, you need to come out and tell us who you really are, what your business plan is, and what security team you have in place for this. Otherwise, you're going to have a really, really rough time getting people to buy-in to your idea. -How it Works in a Nutshell-
1. Crypto-Currency Exchange with Advanced Trading Analysis Charts & Tools
The exchange itself is robust and solid security wise, using the latest cautionary development strategies to protect customer funds. It also includes price trigger buying & selling features, and trading profit calculation for customers to track ROI. To sum it up, our exchange has all the bells and whistles and is as close to hackproof as you can possibly achieve.
2. Mining Pool
When the customer/member mines a crypto-currency it is then deposited directly into the customer's trading account if they wish, and then it may be automatically sold into another currency (ex. Bitcoin) if they wish or traded using the auto-trading bot.
3. Auto-Trading Bots
My developer and are building trading automation (bots) scripts members can run as well to make this a reality. This has been the most challenging part so far, and hopefully our new co-owners will agree that it is worth the time and money to complete this undertaking. This will be voted on as well, because it wont be part of the initial launch.

We have purchased the domain - coin.surf, however we are not married to the name, so if we decide on something better it will change.
The funds invested will be used to complete the exchange (we are at ~ 75% completion) and pay for kick-off advertising on bitcointalk, coindesk, and other crypto-currency related sites to increase traffic and ultimately deposits = trading volume. There has already been roughly $28,500 spent so far developing this project, and funds are running low. So we are giving 50 other community members a chance to be a part of this amazing ROI making machine!

So in your angel member dashboard you will find under the "voting" tab, "pending votes". In this case we will have 4 or 5 options that are filtered from member suggestions, and you would then cast your vote by selecting your favorite choice. Pending votes will have a time based deadline for voting (72 Hours). This can be changed if it is an urgent matter being voted upon that would need quick attention, a count down timer would be shown to let you know how much more time you have to decide.
What Coins will be added for Trading / Mining?
New crypto-currencies and/or existing ones will be voted on as well by these exclusive members, in order to be included in the listed trading pairs & mining pools of this exchange.
