I don't get exactly what you mean. I'm pretty sure you can easily add gifs to your post via the
Code:
[img][/img]
tag, just the same as what you would use if you were to insert an jpg image in a topic. But I'm pretty sure you can't add gifs to signatures.

Definitely not possible in signatures. Thanks for the info. I'm on it.

i guess you must have a knowledge in creating .gif files so that you can post animated pictures.  it is very easy to insert one... the hard part is to make your own gif pic so that you will not be sued for any property rights afterwards....

I would definitely be using my own content. Thanks for the reply. Awesome!.

Hello. I didn't know I was a beginner until today. I have been a member for a year now and I have designed threads, signatures, and contributed always with the greater good of Crypto currency and this forum in mind. I just came across a simple, yet very clean animated picture inside of a post. It wasn't linked to anything it just looked very nice. I've asked about this as a possibility before and was told by a few that is just impossible and that the option was removed from the forum code. I'm witness to its possibility. I inspected the elements of the page and all I could come up with was some sort of GIF was used. I realized as I was clicking around trying to find the answer that I was not a programmer and didn't' know what I was looking for. I can usually figure these things out and I'm sure I will eventually. I thought I'd save some time and just ask the pros one more time. How do I place a GIF in a topic? The member that did it just said he used Adobe After effects. Is there another way?
