We also have been scammed. We sent coins to the wallet they posted and then when we went back to check the transaction some how the wallet totally changed.

SmartMix.io == TOTAL SCAM.... STAY AWAY.

Scammer allows user's first Tx to go through.... Then steals user's BTC on subsequent Tx.

User's first Tx will typically be a small amount to test the service to see if it's a scam. The SmartMix.io scammer processes the small test Txs to make the service appear legit, but then steals the BTC sent via any subsequent Tx, which is typically larger than the initial test Tx. Scammer ignores all contact attempts. Support form on website is meaningless.

SmartMix.io is a COMPLETE SCAM. STAY AWAY.

I have been scammed by smartmix.io - I sent in 1.64 BTC and all of a sudden, the screen said "No input received" and BTC still waiting. I have my transaction id and the tree indicates they transferred it to another ONE single BTC address. They did not mix it. I will do everything in my power to ensure that these scam artists are publicized for their con-artist ways. I sent multiple support tickets all of which have been unreplied.....I think we all know for the reason that they have chosen to steal my bitcoin. These guys are scams! DO NOT TRUST smartmixer.io ----- DO NOT!

thought the others where good also..cause dam..theire there on the spot!!

worked with https://chipmixer.com/ in the past only small amounts..never had trouble..

guess the best way form now on is to mix ourselves..

think guys make scam site to steal 2btc??? and risk dont know..but exclusion..!??

checked the domain..namecheap doman..thats a red flag on it own..but also chipmixer is namecheap...

damm...the lack of regulation and reviews killls this...

sorry for the guy who lost the 2btc..anything he can do besides wait Huh

It's been 2 days already. It is probably a scam. There is still a chance that OP may come back but the chances are not favorable here. Even if they do come back, 3 days just to mix your coins with no support and a scare at best case scenario is not what I would want as service when I'm just trying to anonymize my coins. Nor is it "convenient" in any means at all.

The "admin approval" thing could prove to be a threshold at which they will not automatically give you their coins and selectively scam you.

Tryninja is completely spot on. There is no reason for smartmix, a mixing service with no background or reviews to appear second on a review website. Either the site is bogus, or the service has probably paid for them to be on there.

Good to hear that you've learned your lesson, you should open a scam accusation within 2 days if they do not refund you so that they can get tagged as well. Also, I do hope that 2 BTC isn't a big amount for you, cause it would be devastating if I got scammed for 2 BTC for sure. Sad

Where did you get 2.5BTC? what brought you here? you have already trusted this mixer without the help of this forum, now you should complain where you have seen the mixer as top 5. right now Chipmixer is the best and most trusted mixer.

You just sent 2.3BTC to a service worth $50 with no reputation on this forum. never use a mixer if they have no reputation on this forum. they could design a new site with a new name and scam newbies like you. trust and reputation is not easily earned here. a mixer like Chipmixer has paid dozens of Bitcoins to have a reputation.

What brought me here is SmartMix.io that stole 2.3 btc from me,is promotion him self here, Iam here to warn the users from this great community and share my bad experience with SmartMix.io to avoid any other make the same mistake as me. Why did you send 2.3BTC to this service and not other trusted mixers? if you want us to believe you, post your transaction ID and then sign a message with the same address.

Never trust review websites. Research for reviews and comments from the community.

Do you know why PrivCoin is listed as top 1 there? Because they have a referral program and the owner of the website can earn with this. They don't care if the mixer works or even if it's the best. Just hover the "Visit Website" button and you will see.

I sent first 0.17 btc and it worked well and fast then i sent 2.3 btc,today is day 3 and still not got my 2.3 btc, i have wrote 3 support ticket and mailed them with no response.
i made fast research and saw they was top 2 rated https://www.deepwebsiteslinks.com/bitcoin-tumbler-services/

i agree i should not sent so big amount even though the first 0.17 btc worked well when that is said i really hope its a Tec issue and not scam. iam under stress and in big need for my btc

Has anyone ever used or visited to your website op? Also if you can see that bitmixer and helix closed their mixing service, can't you to think at the same time about reasons? Or are you so confident that you keep saying: "We are here to staying"?

Yes yes, we all heard that before. The million-dollar question is why should people trust you and blindly send bitcoins to a stranger? I or anyone for that matter could hire coders to build a mixing site overnight and have it up and running in a few days but that alone will not make it a legitimate mixing service. The core question is about trust.

You should use escrow to ensure and guarantee that people will get their coins back. Nobody will trust fly by night mixing services.
