They are doing this for promotion but the exchange would be your identities.I think that they think very prospectively. In far future governments can put restrictions which will only let transfer crypto from wallet with KYC, sounds ridiculous but some banks in my country already blocks account involved with cryptocurrency.

Registered and verified. December 01 I received a letter in the mail that I'm on the waiting list for xlm. Today 07 February - it's been almost 2.5 months - so nothing got!!! As for me, it's just a trap - the desire of Stellar developers to draw attention to their coin on fake news. Well, either their blockchain with "quick transaction", as they heap praise on him - in fact very bitty ))) 2.5 months - this is something
