That doesn't seem like much considering a newly launched altcoin can drive 18,000+ signups in a few days at a cloud provider of people wanting cloud resources to mine the altcoin...
Admittedly some, maybe many, maybe even most of those 18000 were likely sock-puppets so maybe your anti-sockpuppet rule is ruling out 99% ofAtlas's identities signups.

There is no good reason to let people have sock puppets or sell accounts if you need to be anonymous you can post as a guest
