how to sell banx to btc?

i have 10 banx

banx is on hold for trading cant sell them for BTS at this time. At least I could not. Got a red Banx hold message then I tried to trade for BTS.    I'm assuming I won't get squat out it. So getting anything later will be an improvement to me.

bitshares is a decentralized exchange. if there are banx shares buyers (unlikely) you can trade them for either bitshares, bitusd or any other supported currency. CCEDK is offering some offramps (btc, eth and more) if you want to convert. bitshares are traded on every major exchange though

I think that now banx shares only can be bought or sold (at limited price, because the ipo) on banx exchange, what about bitshares? There are more exchanges where we can trade with them? Or the bitshares network is only project, isn't finished and we will have nothing?

why would they waste time with converting banx to bitshares? I mean those shares are worthless without an actual revenue generating company.

Not yet, I'm waiting to see their update about that as they are moving to the BitShares network.

Thanks for this info Bizzyb. I didn't know that they were closing the banx.io exchange, I looked about my account and saw that only have few banx shares. I made few trades in this exchange, and withdrawed all the other coins few weeks ago. Do you know how to withdraw the banx shares?

Agree, never thought it was a scam, but I want to be in BTC onward. Things are stiring.

Really cant wrap my head around Banx.Mark first said we owned shares in the company,and when someone asked as a shareholder to see the company returns he changed his mind and said we dont have shares in the company.I have over 3500 shares but have no idea the outcome,but like everybody else I just wait and see.I highly doubt its a scam just not going to plan but when and if it gets on to open ledger things might improve

Yeah, people get a bit confused with this sometimes.
The ICO price was always meant to be pegged at a USD value of around $2.00
They dropped the BTC price to take into account the recent price rise

didnt log into banx.io this few days, and now the price drop that much lol.

what makes it drop that low actually. will it back higher again XD

price lowered to 0.03 with the recent decrease in price, going first with anyone trusted.

The sell orders are from users.
If you watch those orders, you can see the trades taking place against those orders.
The other orders going through are from the backend system for "private sale" orders.
I don't know the fine detail, other than that, all of which has been publicly stated many many times over.

The order book is definitely looking strange and inconsistent of the incoming buy orders, I been looking at it for few hours and it's not consistent,
for example at
 just now (Nov 6, 2015 11:54 PM) 34.11139137 were bought but the first order in the ledger is still at 379.82669456
also the new 0.0055 price ledger is at 31210.72124101 for hours although hundreds of coins were sold, I was actually watching it carefully because I had a good position in the ledger with the regular volume of buying (that I'm starting to doubt now).

For crypto to succeed it needs NEW people using it, buying it, selling it - not the same old small community vying for their turn in the spotlight.
