Maybe reduce your min pay to half of what you are currently set at and have payout runs every 6 to 12 hours or option in members are to hit on a min level set. You need more status on page to like active miners blocks hit and better layouts. Very basic site I would advise making improvements if you want people to miner here. drop min pay to half of what currently is and better status on home page of current miners active shares submitted etc payout runs made and blocks hit.
For privacy reasons I did not want to have a list of miners. I will decrease the payment threshold when it comes out of beta. Since this is a place where people buy and sell hashrate it does not make sense to have a list of blocks mined.
