Yes - the house edge was 0% while I was testing.

BetOnBlockchain is a casino (random) game where the player guesses characteristics of the next discovered blocks. For now only bets on the parity of the next block's hash are accepted.
Please note that the game is in beta: max bet is limited by BTC0.1 for the duration of the beta.
Beta does not mean that you will lose your bets/winnings, but it does mean that the site may be unstable or the bets may be processed with interruptions.
The game needs testing so PM me if you're interested.
