Hmm... You're right. Looks like I forgot to change that bit. Seeing as though the wallet got drained so quickly even with the 3 hour limit, it probably isn't a good idea to change it to 1 hour now...

3 hrs per payout is a little bit to long IMO, that being said though, I have added your site to one of mine so that should send you a few thousand visits

Only 1% chance to get another bigger prize, so it's very rare in my opinion.
800 satoshi is good enough for new faucet, it will get good amount of traffic, but you should refill your balance constantly. Be careful with someone who try using bot to drain your faucet

I think you should only use integers in the faucetbox admin panel.
For the same effect I would just multiply the numbers by 10:
990*800, 9*8000, 1*80000
