I now deactivated blocking messages from newbies. I was not aware that this is the default setting. Your coins were sent back according to schedule.
We sent them out immediately after the incoming transaction has the required number of confirmations (2).
The time it takes to get the confirmation depends on the network fee you choose and the current size of the mempool (which is equivalent to the current load on the network). Usually it should take around 20 minutes. A good source for fee recommendation can be found here: https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/

Here you ignore the suggestion from TryNinja which is an experienced trusted member (show his post history in mixers threads) and confirm it for a Red-Trusted user !!!! Need an explanation.

TryNinja tried your mixer before and left good notes as your mixer supposed to have a good start with adjustable fee slider and fast process. Here his post.

I also left a feedback after testing your mixer. After seeing your behavior here in this thread, i think i will re-think about it again.

It was a bad start and now you're making it worse.
If you want to run such a business, you need reliable people to run your campaign here and then sign a message or send money to a trusted member. "The money is supposed to be higher than what is being put to your service."

not sure why you trusted your $10 to a negative trusted member while just above his post there is someone much trusted to recieve the money to test your service. It just looks like the negative trusted member is your alt account or a friend's account.

I think that was meant to be a joke by him and you likely just lost your coin, lol.

Even if he does review your service nobody will believe a word he has to say because obviously he has a history of being paid to leave false feedback. Quite ironic.

If you are seriously willing to provide the coin for reviews/vouches, even if they are to send it back to you, you should choose members with green trust (atleast black), and have atleast 4 gold coins under their name, so other members will take them seriously.
