Even after visiting official pdf's and information, i can't find what block number the hard fork begins at. If anyone does know could tgey not only share it, but also inform me of how they found that information.

You just have to hold your original Bitcoin on a supported exchange in the moment of fork.. And you will free Bitcoin Lite in your wallet after the fork..
