I emailed [email protected] about 24 hours ago and still have not received a response:

How long does it take to send my magazines I purchased on Nov 11th?Huh WTF!!

Here is the PM between me and Mihai several weeks ago concerning my order.

Please accept my sincere apologizes for this situation. I have personally checked our database and it appears that we have sent you the magazines. The magazines have been sent in separate envelopes, you should receive issue #3 and #4 in another envelope. When you have received the first envelope containing issue #2?

We are in the process of migrating our stuff from the .net and .co.uk to the .com domain. We will have a press release by Monday, announcing the changes that the magazine and company will go/has gone through.

The reason why your emails are not responded/bounced back is because we are moving to a new ticket system also. Please start using from now on [email protected] to reach our support staff.

Please let me know when you have received the first envelope, that way we can figure out if it got lost in transit or if it's still on the way to you. As a sidenote - both envelopes were sent at the same time.

I received issued #2 on November 26th.

I have not received the other two issues.

How do we proceed with this?

Hi there,

Your #3 and #4 mags have been reshipped on Monday, December 3rd. The #5 orders, including your complimentary issue, will be shipped starting December 10.

Update: I still have not received my issue #3 and #4 and the promised issue #5 because of the lateness of my order.

It has now been over 40 days since I initially ordered my magazines.

UPDATE: I have heard from Mihai himself.

Hopefully this can be resolved soon.

For the moment, I relinquish my bolded statement above pending this is resolved in a timely manner.

I guess an after thought would be, is it worth ~$20 to have your business reputation ruined because of horrible communication skills and obviously inefficient use of funds for shipping customer orders (i.e. separate issues sent in separate packages)??

Perhaps not...we will see.

More patience needed?

I can wait for the delivery but multiple emails to them and no response? Unacceptable.

I will follow through with my scammer thread if I don't hear back from them in 24 hours from the time I started this thread.

I ordered issues 2, 3, and 4 on Nov. 11th. I got issue #2 on November 26th. After sending a few emails to [email protected] and [email protected] I have had no response after the initial email from a Roxana Sureanu.

Here is the email string and pics below. I would like a response. It makes no sense to send each issue separately from a cost effective stand point. Also it makes no sense to keep ignoring my emails.

Note: I removed any personal information and replaced with tags.

Lastly, If I do not hear back from anyone from your business in 24 hours I will start a scammers thread in the subforum and I will add a notice to my signature for people not to do business with you. Time is a ticking!
