Looks good so far. I noticed two things that could be improved:

  • None of the donations addresses are clickable
  • The "Who Controls Bitcoin" section makes Gavin sound like a person with direct control over the network, when at the present time there are now two independent full implementations of the Bitcoin protocol besides the reference implementation.

Good advice. Donation addresses are now clickable.

The first wallet you recommend is a referral link.

If all of the wallets offered referral programs, they would all have referral links. We chose the order of the services based on ease of use without taking referral programs into account.

After a few weeks of work, we are proud to announce the launch of our new Bitcoin guide, Bitcoin simplified.

We set out to create a guide that would be great for your friends and family who might be less technically inclined. We have a lot more work to do, but we would love your input going forward.

Our long-term goal is to create a resource with the navigability of a wiki, but with high-quality, carefully curated content. Let us know what you think!
