Searching NZ companies I don't see a "Bitcoinica LP". I do see a "BITCOINICA CONSULTANCY LIMITED":

But I don't see anything on Bitcoinica.com that mentions this variant. So either there is another organization involved, or the search results aren't correct (maybe a new filing hasn't been published by the agency perhaps) or the Terms of Service references the wrong entity name.
