Hello,

BitVPS.com is under a new management from me, arij and phungus.

As you might have noticed, service quality dropped in the previous months. rg has a new job as a manager at another hosting provider company and has been working 60+ hours weeks and it has impacted BitVPS service quality quite a bit. Hence, rg decided to offload BitVPS to new owners.

The transfer is not fully complete as of yet and we're hard at work trying to get  everything restored to the past service quality BitVPS customers were once used to in it's earlier days.

We apologize for any inconvenience arising from current and past issues. We recently got access to all servers and datacenter accounts information and can now start fixing issues. As soon as we're done sorting through all that has to be fixed, any future issues should be addressed promptly and of course be a lot less frequent..

Staff/Tasks
arij: Helping with both management tasks & Sysadmin/tickets.
Namjies: Management tasks, web design & public relations.
phungus: Sysadmin of experience.
