This is a strange project to say the least. No updates but this guy allows people to keep registering. Just be careful here what you do and better don't invest!
Bitcoin has massive hash power protecting the integrity of the blockchain and there is no other coin that is as secure as Bitcoin.for sure i think,hope more investment to come for this project.

Why the bounty participant is must registered with your website for get paid？
If your token is an ERC20 token or coin, you should send bounty to the participant’s wallet directly. but you send bounty by website,rather than blockchain,so is it coin or token?
I doubt it is not a blockchain product，perhaps it's just a number on your website
