How do you link a payment in BTC with that twitter account?
This is really cool and the future of funding, payment and donation

I use coinbase's api to send the payment and twitter's api to send the tweet.  Coinbase has a callback now so when I get the callback that I've received the funds, I send the tweet. I am working on a simpler way integrated into my website where you just enter your twitter api codes and you put a script src on your website.

thanks for the answer
Cool project

These are pretty cool, you've got some that I hadn't seen before, will certainly be useful for my blog Smiley
Any chance that you will add Poloniex prices in the future, or maybe even altcoin prices?

Thank you. I am always open to putting more exchanges up. I will need a couple more exchanges to make it symmetrical. I have considered adding altcoin prices. Some suggestions on which altcoins to add first?

WOW
This project is really cool!
How did you do that impressive thing?

Is the source code available?

I hope the foundation give you some BTC for your hard work

Thank you! I do not have the source code openly available but if there is a specific portion you want to know how it's done, I would be willing to give examples as to how I've done it.

Part of my website is designed to give TO the foundation like: http://codacoin.com/tweetforbitcoin.php
I want all the bitcoin foundations money to go to improving the protocol.

Just added: Bitcoin Block Reward Halving Countdown Estimator

http://codacoin.com/halving.php

Other clocks estimate some time in July.

Do you use a moving average?

Yeah, it's purely based on the average time between blocks starting this year. It's been pretty steady at 8.8 ish minutes. I am excited to see what happens as it gets nearer.

I just added some features to the txn feed. Now it shows total bitcoin transacted with multiple fiat totals "since you've been watching" and it captures the highest transaction amount "since you've been watching". I also revamped the styling a bit.

http://codacoin.com/transactions.php

I already bookmarked you site and I am happy to see keep developing it.
It would be good if you would add some extra menu to show all tools you have.

I've redone the transactions feed page. It now works in internet explorer and safari. I added a link to each transaction to blockchain.info and added the ability to stop the transactions from moving so you can easily click on the one you want. It now automatically connects without having to push connect. Please let me know if you have any problems with it. Thank you!

Works a treat now, thanks. It works great.

It should work in Chrome and Firefox, but I don't think it works in IE. :-(

Currently on the iPad using Safari - not working in that

Thank you! Looks like I have some work to do on that. I am fairly new to websockets so hopefully I can figure it out!

Good start. Design could be a bit better

Transaction feed
- If I click on connect multiple times, it shows me same transaction multiple time
- Should have link to tx

Thank you for your input!  I've redone the transactions page fixing these issues and added the ability to stop the transactions from moving so you can easily click on the one you want.

Wow, great service! I did not think that you are going to realize it that fast. Keep up to extend the site by such useful tools.

A good set of tools. i saved your site in my favourites  Wink
Could you implement a tool that allows to show the Bitcoin price into a rage of wide-spread fiat currencies?
Would be very helpful!

That is a great idea, I just added a few currencies to the "convert BTC" part of my website.

http://codacoin.com/convert.php

I will be adding more currencies soon.

I just added the ability to change your currency globally for your session. The currency selection will now show in the browser tab, the header menu, conversion page and the get address balance page. You can also cycle through all the difference currencies without changing your global currency.

This was a major overhaul to the website, so please let me know if there are any bugs or features you would like me to add.

Thanks again!

I have added support for more currencies but I had to rename some of the files so if anyone had the tools displayed on their website, you must change "btctousd" to "btctofiat" and "usdtobtc" to "fiattobtc". Sorry if this caused any problems.

I also developed a multi-currency BTC conversion api that I will be posting soon as well.

I like your site.
Good to see you avoid using referral links.

I would however display your other tools in the horizontal menu. I can see you spend some time on those tools, too bad if users only think you can see the bitcoin price on your site right?

Thanks!

When you log in to the website, you are required to enter a bitcoin address. That bitcoin address is displayed on the horizontal menu for quick access for the tools as well as your username with a dropdown for your account management.  There is also a games dropdown for some games I'm working on. So there isn't very much room left there.

Oh i forgot to say thank you.  Thanks for making this happen.

You're welcome!

I get it from here:

Your quoted link only displays
{"date":"1450575734","ticker":{"buy":"463.32","high":"467.64","last":"463.43","low":"453.08","sell":"463.5","vol":"11227.7727"}}
I cannot get anything from it.
That is what it is supposed to display. That is simply what the api returns. If you keep refreshing the page, you will see that the numbers change.
Ok, thank you for the explanations, i have leant so many things on this forum lately.
