So... There is a message when trying to withdraw which basically says the hot wallet is empty and the request will be processed once funds are moved from the cold wallet.

I have emailed Coinsortium with no response for two days.

Anyone from Coinsortium?  Please inform us what the hold up is and when this will be rectified.

Thank you.

I can not login to my account for about one week: "Oh snap! Your account is disabled".
No any response from customer service, no notifications, emails - nothing!

I have moved from Cryptostocks - and can not see any advantages on Coinsortium.
Same irresponsive shit.

I certify I myself am not going to take your coins LOL. This is exactly what is wrong with Ardeva they have no real way to check, how can you take a company serious that lists it self and gives it self a top rating  Roll Eyes. They should have a Advisory that tells people they rated them self.

I am not going to argue with you again on this matter, given your reputation and your previous behaviour it is pretty clear that your only intent is to annoy people.
Other users are welcome to ask questions.

I'm just curious, if the consortium owners have also passed the Ardeva ID verification by themselves. Couldn't find this on your website.

Sure, here it is: https://ardeva.com/profile/50df909d-1d9d-4923-ae35-1724c580a91f

You can take it from the COINS security on Coinsortium.

I understand your concern with posting tickets here but I was concerned with the legitimacy of your site.

No response in 48 hours for missing coins will make one nervous.

A simple email bot with an assigned ticket number would have gone a long way to alleviate my concerns.

I will say publicly that my problem has been resolved. Thank you

That is our standard procedure but apparently your request appeared late for some reason. I am happy everything ended well  Smiley

Hello, please do not post tickets here. It is not the appropriate place and it is not checked immediately like standard support ticketing.

I've replied you some hours ago, we are still investigating your issue and have not forgot your problem Smiley

Guys,
apparently Coinsortium.co is suffering the aftermath of a DDOS attack. We are looking into this and it will be solved ASAP.

Do not panic, all your funds are safe  Smiley

I'm having a problem with Coinsortium. I've submitted two tickets but have not received a response.

The balance in my account is currently incorrect.

My transaction history clearly shows that I have a balance, but I'm not able to access any of the funds. There is a discrepancy between the balance shown in my transaction history and the balance listed in the my account dropdown.

I believe this has something to do with a buy order I had place on COINS that was mysteriously canceled. I placed the buy order a couple days ago but found that the order was removed overnight. I was not credited the funds and the buy was not executed. These funds are missing.

My USER ID is 680.

Please address this discrepeacy. Thank you.

I sir am not spamming, I am just voicing a concern. I am not the one that is taking peoples money though am I? I love when people try to turn the attention away from the real problem.

You are spamming as your concerns have no real basis except grief, so far Coinsortium provided a great and profitable experience.... your problems with the owner are not our business

Shouldn't you stop spamming now?
Also that thread... you both made a very very poor impression arguing like that.

It baffles me the lack of Research people do. The owner of this "exchange" is a ponzi guy. Pretty sure he owned some himself, can not prove that yet... and I stress yet but give me a bit.

QBOND2 I dont believe I know I can prove it. The vetting they use is just useless. How can the company vetting give themself a top rating... that is fraud as fuck.

Looks like people are moving from one shit exchange to another, and the owner of this consortium... well I won't go there.

Your adverda or whatever it is sucks.... I can tell you that right now PLUS you are already letting Felon/Fruadsters on your exchange. Why would anyone use this?

Which funds do you believe are being run by Felon/Fruadsters?

Nice Smiley do you have an estimated time table for your next update?  I appreciate the commitment and the ARDEVA/MSP partnerships but an improved look would do wonders for your volume IMHO.  Here's hoping you pull the last few securities I have shares in from cryptostocks.  Hate splitting my attention like this. : P

Great news today - DEBT has successfully migrated from CryptoStocks to Coinsortium;
https://cryptostocks.com/securities/128
https://coinsortium.co/security.php?ticker=DEBT

In other news, we're pleased to announce the acquisition of our first full time developer. Pranav will lead our development code branch initially focusing on our integration with MSP.

Working with MSP will bring with it some fantastic features for our users, including;

1) Trade in BitCoin, LiteCoin or DogeCoin. Don't be tied down to the same currency shares are being sold in. MSP will calculate the current exchange rate and process the transaction accordingly.
2) Full purchase ledger - All on-site transactions are fully transparent by means of being available on MSP's custom blockchain.
3) 125% Fraud Guarantee - Transactions on MSP are protected with a Multi-Factor authentication process as well as insured for 125% of the transaction amount.

Feature requests are currently being accepted by raising a ticket via the contact link on our site.

seems to be a lot of wasted space between lines of text... can you get that void space smaller so we can have more  info on the screen?

also, plans for reskinning? the pale color on white background isn't easy on the eyes (particularly those of us without perfect vision anymore)

and what kind of email notifications are available (and planned)?

and finally... CSV download of our _full_ trading/transaction history for our account?

=squeak=

A new design, along with the release of our API is currently in the making, we're a few months away from release at this stage, new features include;
  • New Look Design
  • Full API (whatever you can do in the GUI, you can do via API)
  • Email Notifications (granular, only receive what you want)
  • Email Confirmations (granular, email authenticate withdrawals etc)

We have CSV exports available for project owners to download copies of their shareholder information (email addresses and share quantity) but no transaction data as of yet - I will add it to the feature request list.
Thank you... while email notifications on trades (and deposits posting) being executed is high on my priority list, that is more about convenience than necessity...

The transaction history is a long-standing complaint of mine, and probably my biggest issue with some exchanges. Not being able to keep a full history of my activity, locally, ends up being a deal-breaker for me these days.

  • No Crazy Transaction Fees - 0.0005BTC is transmitted with every transaction.
  • Full Two Factor Authentication - Enable Google Authenticator and all site functionality is protected.
  • Bug Bounty - We work hard to secure our code, but appreciate sometimes mistakes happen, and bugs slip in - we offer a generous bounty to ensure any bugs keep out of the wrong hands, keeping your assets safe.

Having recently partnered with MSP to provide our backend wallet system, we will soon boast the most sophisticated wallet security currently on the market, including features such as;

  • 125% guarantee on held funds - Should your Coinsortium wallet be compromised and a non approved transaction occur - you will be refunded for 125% of that transaction

  • Full audit trail - All transactions made on Coinsortium will appear in the blockchain.

Having launched on Friday 25th July, the platform has been received warmly by other parts of the community; namely BIG (http://bitcoininvestmentgroup.com/), having seen site traffic peak 9,000 hits in 4 days, we're proud to already support 11 securities, with 2 more currently voting on existing platforms whether to migrate.

For a limited time, we are also offering current CryptoStocks project owners the opportunity to migrate to Coinsortium for free! Simply verify with Ardeva and upload your shareholder CSV export.
