near as I can tell It's not worth my time to bother finding a place to move it to.  all $0.07 worth of it. should have stuck with ATP.

It means on Friday the 13th BANX (the BTS asset) will be wiped from the site so you need to withdraw your BANX balance before then otherwise it will go into the abyss (your BANX balance record will be destroyed).

The only code changes made to suite him were in fact market limits (min/max buy/sell pricing) and a vesting system, this I did not deem to be a big deal as it is common and often used for ICOs and finance. I would be remiss if I said I personally didn't take issue with the length of time the price was locked. However, just as others did, I voiced my opinion but the final decision was out of my control. I am a very regimented person and like things to be documented and set in stone (as much as humanly possible, businesses must always be influx as conditions constantly change), where this was not.

While I can't say that the site will never agree to host an ICO/IPO, if such an instance should occur it would be highly regulated and documented as well as would need to comply with the governing laws.

Yes you did. And you would have had a conversation with Mark regarding how he wanted the order book set up and controlled, where a previous exchange operator before you, told him to take a hike. The reason, possibly, is that the way Mark wanted it set up, turned an ICO into a ponzi, where for over a year, a fake market was maintained.
Cryptomic wont be getting involved in any of that bullshit fakery, right? I mean, whats the point of listing anything on an exchange, when it cant freely be exchanged.....for a year. Why would any operator agree to that?

I wrote and managed the exchange, what people did with the API is beyond my control. Any issues that were in my realm I always promptly addressed.

I am free to list and or delist anything I see fit, if you don't like Mark or his now closed company stay away from it. As per me, I have done work in nuclear plants, financial institutions, casinos, government facilities and many other high security areas, how about you? no, didn't think so. I have been keeping other people’s money safe for years both on and off of my exchange, how about you? no, didn't think so either.

Could you please explain #1 in more detail?

#2 is in place to prevent dust inputs in the wallets which causes a lot of work to reconcile them all. Imagine reconciling 10000 btc inputs of 0.0001 the cost of all the transactions needed to reconcile them along with the time involved is intense. We work with fractions of a penny try going to a bank and depositing 1/10th of a penny and see what they say. This keeps our wallets tidy and operational instead of the mess that other places have had to deal with that have caused wallets to be down for days or even weeks as they reconciled them. Add to that the fact that I don't want people to deposit funds and have no way to get anything out because the network fee is more than the deposit. As always I am open to suggestions to solve the aforementioned issues that having a minimum deposit amount helps solve.

1. What are the sensible issues?
2. You should remove the minimum deposit limit. It is not appropriate for an exchange.

Apart from these two doubts, I think cryptomic is more transparent than other exchanges. But it will take long and long and long time to become an active exchange with higher volumes. I would suggest you to go for a signature campaign here.

I've happily left significant amounts of crypto here for well over a year with no issues.

The exchange deserves to be successful and hopefully users will continue to come and see the benefits.
