That's the usual concern of being anonymous. They should consider revealing themselves if they are truly sincere in developing their platform.
I remember one project related to travel industry, the Sojourn (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-sojourn-nova-exchange-active-on-fork-now-with-dgw-2016889). He started it right, but after dumping he's gone.
Easy to abandon a project if you are nameless/faceless in the community.
I hope the fate of this project will not end up like all the other abandoned coins.

Anonymous not really good choice for real buisness.  Anyway, that was rhetorical question.

They can't contact the devs because they are currently anonymous. There is no way to know who anybody is getting ahold of.

They should contact as many companies as they can to make their platform known in the travel industry.
I like their mission but implementation is really tough.
I like this platform as one time, my airmiles got expired that I haven't used it.
With this platform, you can convert your miles to other necessary stuff??

Overview:
Cryptomiles (CML) is a blockchain and platform optimized for transferring Travel Loyalty Bonuses (TLB) from one holder to another. Based on the extensive development and testing of the UTXO model of the Bitcoin protocol, Cryptomiles is built on a fork of the Ravencoin code. Key changes include a block time of 8 seconds, a change in the number of coins issued and the addition of TLB creation and transfer capabilities. Cryptomiles is a free and open source. All Cryptomiles are fairly issued and mined publicly and transparently using Proof of Work (POW) using the x16r algorithm which was created by Ravencoin. The new concept of TravelNodes is implemented to involve real travel businesses and help to build Cryptomiles network.

The main goal of the Cryptomiles coin is to create a Travel Loyalty Bonuses (TLB) focused blockchain and build strong peer to peer network of travel suppliers and their customers.
