HOW IT WORKS



Funds from various users are pooled, accounted for, and spread across exchanges. Our
funds management algorithm uses historical data to determine the amount of which asset
needs to be in which wallet, distributes and accounts for new deposits, facilitates
withdrawals, and limits functionality when suspicious activity is detected. We add a base
layer of funds for liquidity, to ensure the platform functions smoothly.



When a user makes a deposit, funds are initially sent to a unique address generated for each
user, is accounted for, and then distributed across our various connected exchanges to
trade with. If the exchanges are full, the funds are moved either to cold storage, or our hot
wallet to help facilitate other withdrawals.



Leveraging our common liquidity pool and the economies of scale it brings, users can now
trade across exchanges using their entire amount. For example, if a user deposits 1 BTC with
us, he can trade his entire 1 BTC on any funded exchanges. The platform dynamically adjusts
ticker prices and automatically reroutes orders when one exchange is short of funds.
