The price you set is the price at which the bidding starts for the purchase of your NFT. Just as you can sell your NFTs, you can also buy them on the marketplace by bidding on other users' NFTs. From these sales the platform takes a commission of 10%. 30%of this commission is burnt and the other 70% goes to the JACKPOT boxes.

Welcome to the new decentralised global community currency focused on and dedicated to different speculation games launched and in development. D-Skyscraper was born as a real estate game bling game on blockchain, in which users can win BNB by using NFTs of different types, as we will see below, in the different boxes they occupy.The first thing to clarify is that D-Skyscraper is not a Play to Earn, it is a speculative and gambling game. This meansthat just as you can win BNB or DSG you can also lose it, the strategy and gameplay will depend on chance to a greater or lesser extent on the results obtained. Board

A board containing 48 squares is available, which are distributed as follows:

Game System

We roll the die, this action has a COST of 0,05 BNB normal roll and 0,25BNB for the Jackpot rolls. We can land on a free square or an occupied square.
We land on an unoccupied square is auctioned for 10,000DSG and you can build a NFT Skyscraper, to obtain rents from the rest of the players who land afterwards.

Of the DSG spent on the purchase of plots, 50% is immediately burned. The other 50% of DSG will be distributed among the players who land on your square.

How many DSGs do I get for dropping into an occupied box?

▶his is variable and will depend on how much the owner user has paid to have access to that box. Let's imagine that a user has paid 20.000DSG for a box,
▶50% of those 20.000 have been burnt, so 10.000DSG are left. If the square is common, those 10.000DSG will be distributed in 5 rolls, that is to say 2.000 DSG each fall.
▶If the square is rare, these 10,000DSG will be spread over 6 rolls, i.e. 1,666.66 DSG per drop.
▶If the square is epic that 10,000DSG will be spread over 10 rolls, i.e. 1,000 DSG per drop.

Normal roll vs Jackpot roll

The normal roll gives you access to the corresponding minimum DSG and counts as a single landing in that square. With the Jackpot roll you gain access to a higher number of DSG when you land on an already occupied plot. Subtracting 4
landings instead of one.
Each user will have to evaluate their strategy but the Jackpot roll can be interesting when we are close to high level squares, to obtain a greater number of DSG, also if you land on the jackpot squares the prizes will be 75% and 100%.

Plot rental system

▶Plots are auctioned for 1000DSG and above. The winners of the plot auction have a NFT of a skyscraper decide to put a skyscraper. Now let's look at the
rents and the duration of that plot. The tx fee is deducted and the rest is divided like this::

▶NFT COMMON: You are entitled to 40% of the cost of the user's roll that lands in your square for 5 rolls.

▶NFT RARE: You are entitled to 50% of the cost of the user's roll that lands in your box for 6 rolls.

▶NFT EPIC: You are entitled to 70% of the cost of the user's roll that lands in your box for 10 rolls.

▶NFT LEGENDARY: You are entitled to 85% of the cost of the user's roll that lands in your box for 15 rolls.

▶The rest of the % of the rolls will go to the JACKPOT boxes. Of the rest of the roll 25% goes to the dividend vault and 75% to the jackpot.
