Deal Your Crypto is an online marketplace dedicated to buying and selling everything you want for Bitcoin.
We are a brand new startup, and we'd like to gather some feedback about our recently launched website.
Here's a short guide for buyers and sellers on how to use the platform:
For buyers: - Create a new account with your preferred method
- Go to "Addresses & payments" in your dashboard or click the deposit from the Balance menu in the navbar.
- Click one of the "Deposit BTC" or "Deposit with Altcoins" buttons.
- Follow the instructions displayed and wait for enough confirmations on the blockchain.
- Once the deposit is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and your account will be credited the amount you've sent to the address.
- Now you can send buy requests for any product you want - your balance will be updated right away, and if the seller declines or you cancel the request, you'll get the amount spent back.
- Once the deal is initiated, you will be able to chat with the seller and see the proof of delivery whenever they upload it.
- You can complete the deal whenever you receive the product or it will complete automatically if there is proof and 21 days have passed.
- Enjoy your new acquisition paid with Bitcoin!
For sellers: - Create a new account with your preferred method.
- Go to "New deal" either from the navbar or the dashboard.
- Submit all the details of your product.
- Once you receive the visual confirmation, your product is listed on the market - pictures will take a bit to upload on the backend, you're free to do anything else in the meantime!
- You will receive an email and notification on your account whenever you receive a message or a deal request
- If you agree to what the buyer said in his deal request, accept it and meet with him or send him the package.
- Wait for the buyer to confirm receiving the product, or submit proof and receive payment within 21 days if he doesn't confirm it. (We know 21 days is a lot in the cryptosphere, but this is due to sellers shipping the product.)
- Once the buyer confirmed receiving the product, you will receive an email and your account will be credited the amount owed, minus our comission depending on your account type.
Both buyers and sellers can withdraw their balance at any time, from the "Addresses & payments" section of their dashboard, by simply clicking the "Withdraw BTC" button. Follow the instructions and your withdraw request will be sent to an admin to confirm. Withdraw requests are confirmed within 24 hours - this is to verify the authenticity of them.
