ConcourseQ Due Dilligence follow up.
I have updated the whitepaper:
https://www.deciser.com/dec#whitepaper following some very much appreciated ConcourseQ Due Dilligence feedback
https://concourseq.io/Q/Deciser Updating some key parameters and whitepaper at this stage is not unreasonable as I have not sold any tokens yet.
The main changes in the project and whitepaper are:
1. Hard cap reduced to 7700 ETH to reflect the realistic goal and costs. With this I address concerns from the CQ DD comments that with the previous (quite astronomical) Hard Cap the cost would have been too high versus what the project is. Frankly I did not have clear plans articulated for the previous astronomical Hard Cap, I had put the high number rather out of some FOMO in case the public became more enthusiastic than expected about the project and its potential. Now I reduced it to my immediate 6-9 months ideas, and I keep the option to run additional token sales in the future as the project progresses.
2. Pre-sale capped to 5 million DEC = 350 ETH and pre-sale discount increased from 40% to 50%.
3. Physical device reward possibility removed. This is a too distant plan to include it now. I keep it for one of the future token sales.
4. I reflected some additional blockchain-based feature ideas that I had left out from the original version as they were not ripe enough at that time.
For additional perspective to the DD on CQ, I include the public Discord exchange I've had on CQ's public #dd-disputes channel, link to channel here

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1dUJ6Jw8tRbmq4gHaeGET0fiRRpYJSsC1The above changes address some of the DD red flags, some others I cannot address (like the too small team size and part time character for me), and some others I choose to not address as they are views on the product utility itself that I respect and appreciate a lot but personally I do not share, and I believe the potential supporters of the project should act based on their own assesment of those aspects.
