Probably a combination of things. Its a snowball effect, really. People who were banned, are looking to dump and distance themselves from it. Those with weak hands, and aren't really into the whole community, or see the long term upside to the coin then panic and dump. 2-36 hours. It's manually processed. No other way to get around it for cheaters, etc.
