My biggest concern is the WRONG way one of the mods in the telegram channel which made me pissed off.
I'm done with commenting about their projects, the teams behind it is REAL, they are not Ghosts, which is good thing for the project.

They just got their app approved and launched in the Apple App Store. I think there might be something to these guys after all, and not in the scammy sense. I did get the airdrop and also picked some up super cheap on Ether Delta.

Having read this reply, I was dubious about posting - debating weather or not it's worth replying to you here, only to bump this FUD thread by my man @ansi, up the page on BCT.
Obviously, I've decided to respond, as I can't in all good conscience allow your misinformed views to besmirch our Community's project, without at least an adequate rebuttal.

First part, you're right - We were originally eLTC. And yes, the clones did beat us to to making a BCT thread.
We don't tend to use bitcoin talk much as the forum feels very clunky, and antiquated (to say the least).
We did rebrand to ELTCoin, and started our AIRDROP, and yes - our contract only implemented ERC20 Basic so it was 'flawed' from the perspective of listing on an exchange or using the full ERC20 API.
This was indeed a mistake, and one which I wish we could have fixed without the need to redeploy the contract, but that as you may or may not know, is (almost) impossible.
Here's where we disagree (and the facts are on our side).
We capitalised the name of our token to distinguish it from the old and unexchangable ELTCoin, however I'm left wondering how it is that you could make such an assertion as; "these idiots never fixed the contract and the new ELTCOIN can't get listed on ED either" without actually bothering to check the source code for the ELTCOIN contract.
Perhaps you're not knowledgable enough with ethereum or solidity, or perhaps you are are deliberately lying to the good people who frequent this forum in order to spread baseless FUD.
I can only speculate as to which.
Either way, I shall take the time to explain and educate you as to how you're wrong in this regard.

What I find interesting (As one of the developers of ELTCOIN) Is that we truly did complete the airdrop. Most of the people that spread this FUD didn't receive an airdrop due to KYC failing OR they tried to out play the system with multiple applications. We would be happy to check again for most of these people, instead they would rather write FUD.

What I find interesting (As one of the developers of ELTCOIN) Is that we truly did complete the airdrop. Most of the people that spread this FUD didn't receive an airdrop due to KYC failing OR they tried to out play the system with multiple applications. I joined the airdrop in this coin too and received the 10,000 ELTCOIN in my wallet. I don't know if it is scam. I check it in etherdelta but they are not there yet. There are many ELTC coin in etherdelta and I don't see their contract address there.
I also have some of those (before they banned me from telegram & twitter for exposing their scam)They are worthless mate, just dump them whenever trading is active with any price even for $1.00, it's better than their fake asses

I'm not sure if it is a scam to be honest with you all. With the whole fanfare that followed the eBTC it is hard to know who is who and what is what. What I would say is, if you just got in the airdrop (like me) then I guess there is nothing to worry about. If you're investing your eth into these coins, by which I mean ANY of the eBTC, eLTC, eGOLD etc etc, then you probably should really rethink your position in the crypto world.
At the end of the day these coins all popped up out of nowhere and will probably disappear just as quickly. Sign up for the airdrops, sell half and hold half to see which of the eTOKENS survives. I'd guess that one MIGHT actually become a wothwhile currency, which one is anybodies guess.

They've re branded to ELTCOIN and even have a whitepaper, go have a look on their telegram, received my 10k coins, so has many now, new contract for custom token as well.
They banned me from telegram instead of saying what happens, they didn't answer my questions.So fuck them & fuck their fake token, their ANN is already deleted
They tried to sell people some fake token with new contract, to me this is scam, never told community about such move, so the scam alerts were dropping like rain.
And fuck you as well.

My biggest concern is the WRONG way one of the mods in the telegram channel which made me pissed off.
I'm done with commenting about their projects, the teams behind it is REAL, they are not Ghosts, which is good thing for the project.
So, anyone want buy/invest in this project can do that at his own risk, this is not an invitation to invest or to not invest in ELTCOIN, it's just a clarification of one big misunderstanding that led to all this.
Will keep the thread for further inspections, since some of the DEVs were kind enough to explain what happened before unlike that " person " who dealt with me that way.
