What is the task of the Modular,  Turing-complete component of a system? What is the greatest benefit with this system?

I feel like at this point in the game, asking such a question is like asking "What are the influences of the US on the world economy?".

...it's just such a huge question. You'd be better off just googling on the topic for an hour and reading up. No one will be able to give you better info than you'll gain in that hour.

Great video from Blockchain Academy
How to Not Destroy Millions In Ethereum Smart Contracts
In this event, we focused on Solidity, the prevailing framework for Ethereum smart contracts, diving a little deeper by iterating and elaborating on famous bugs that were reported by the developer community as well as during the professional experience of the speaker, Leonid Beder.

The Standard Protocol - Solving Inflation
Ethereum has entered a new adjustment cycle, and this adjustment target will be around $488. I have already prepared some USDT to wait for this price to buy.

I don't think it will go below $500. There will just be too many people jumping in to use the opportunity and get a good entry point.

You never know what the goals of the big guys in this game are. If they want to see the price go below $500, they will make it happen.

For now that is still the case I guess but I think that will also change even more in the future. People can easily access the markets and purchase cryptos they like, which means less control in the hands of a few.

The price of Ethereum will be adjusted to what price. Can we share a strong prediction analysis? The long-term development of ETH is still worth watching.

Crazy day. I just read in the news that mister buttcake himself threatens to fire his own ass if people gets greedy.

Remember to put your tron's on the exchange before the swap.

So ETH is going to use sharding to increase transaction speed?

There are off chain solutions and on chain solutions, sharding is an on chain one, which is the better one right now, with off chain solutions you have to trust third parties

Can ETH adopt the RootStock solution?

Hello Etherium believers,

Our aim is to add value to the whole crypto community by giving the best user experience to analyse cryptocurrencies.

It would be really great help from your side if you can spend 60 seconds of your time and give us your valuable feedback for our two recent updates 1) Snapshot and 2) Colourful interface of Etherium  at: https://cointopper.com/coin/ethereum

Constructive criticisms are always welcome at CoinTopper.  Thank you!!

The development of the Ethereum project community is still relatively benign. We can continue to look forward to its development and have the chance to continue writing brilliantly in the future.

So ETH is going to use sharding to increase transaction speed?

Cobra in this post pretty much sums up the current state of ethereum scaling https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.38125804
I like sharding since it's onchain but we need to wait some time before it actually becomes practically viable.
In the meanwhile it's good that more and more developers are starting to invest time in offchain solutions, like Raiden and the new promising Striim. Thinking like a capitalist, Raiden has had a great success and hubii/striim will probably follow. Which is going to be a great thing for ethereum as more and more teams will become interested in doing their part to improve the ethereum network.

I wrote about Hubii's ethereum scaling solution Striim yesterday and there you go, it was just formally announced a couple of hours ago: https://medium.com/@jacobotoll/striim-hubii-is-scaling-the-ethereum-network-95f555d80fdc
Looks interesting, also for what concerns the "revenue will be generated from the moment Striim is deployed" part. The approach is more pragmatic and action-oriented rather than idealist/theoretical.
Seems like it will be deployed to the Ethereum public testnet in the coming week, and the whitepaper has been already written for what concerns the non-technical part (the rest will be prepared starting next week).

Thoughts?

What's better than raiden here is the fact striim will be widely adopted and fully developed much earlier, and by price being largely end user demand driven, HBT will attract speculative action, the price will go higher, and consequentially VB will likely express some sort of disdain like he did with the raiden team. By the way VB only criticisms were about RDN's token and ICO, not the technology itself. If he hadn't shat on RDN's fund raising ethics, RDN market cap would be much higher than 80 million $.
One thing is for sure - VB will wait to thoroughly read the whitepaper before expressing an opinion. Which I am interested to hear.
