Model and guide sales staff in company culture, of Collaboration, Honesty, Humility, Innovation and Loyalty
Responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating subordinates' work activities
Hire, train & develop staff, encourage personal and professional growth through training, coaching, and mentoring
