PoR is designed to redirect the computational power used in blockchain networks toward solving meaningful, real-world problems. By doing so, it seeks to make blockchain operations more efficient and environmentally friendly while still maintaining PoW level security.

Your idea is not new and it is not economically viable.
The basic problem is that if PoR produces actual value by solving real problems then miners are motivated to sell that value instead of producing it as a public good.
PoW works specifically because the work done by miners has no value external to the block chain they are mining.
