Has anyone successfully been able to cash out on this faucet? I have several players complaining that their payments have not been processed into Faucetbox, even though the site has claimed that the payment has been sent. False-flagging payments into FB when they did not happen.

You should increase your first prize up to some 500 satoshi. I think 500 satoshi is average amount of reward for a faucet..
