Happy New Year everybody!
Since Jan 1st of last year, FreeCash has been launched for over a year. 2020 was a very different and tough year with the pandemic, social distancing and severe political situations that some people might have had to suffer from the illness and separation from family and friends. FreeCash had also faced some severe challenges like all the other newcomers, we were constantly being questioned and doubted, and we have also faced systemic risks and were being attacked. However, we were committed to trying new ideas and never gave up to solve all the problems. Now we are proudly announcing that after a year, FreeCash has became much stronger and more faithful with brand new ideas and plans, let us review the past and look forward to the future.

2017
During the controversial of bitcoin scaling issues at the beginning of 2017, the initiator of FreeCash started to think of the challenges that Satoshi’s framework had been facing. He started to consider about how to improve the bottom framework to solve the problems that were caused by centralization of development and the lack of governance in the decentralized community.
In June of 2017, the initiator of FreeCash has cleared the improvement direction of the framework, but considering the feasibility of changing the protocol framework on Bitcoin, he decided to start a new project to put the experiment on with the other two initiators.
2019
August 26, 2019 FreeCash Beta started running along with freecash.org, the browser freecash.info, and the transaction signing wenbsite sign.cash.
November 27, 2019 the mining pool fch.zenpool.io Beta started running.
2020
On the very first day of 2020, FreeCash mainnet has launched.
In February, the browser ifblock.io, the faucet freecash.vip, and the mining pool hashpool launched. Also, the Chinese mining info website Wabi has collected FCH in their website, and Viabtc also started to support it.
On February 4th, FreeCash published its first standard protocol.
On February 19th, ConinEx listed FCH trading pairs.
On March 5th, CID started to register.
On March 25th, FCH community robot has launched, named “FCH小可爱”
On April 4th, it has finished the first Contribution Assessment.
On April 10th, FreeCash ecosystem collaborative platform D-Planet had launched the first public beta version.
On May 31st, the CoinDay rewards started to apply for.
On May 31st, the first offline meetup was held in Chengdu.
On August 3rd, FreeCash cash system is expanding to Free Consensus ecosystem.
On August 14th, FCH participated The Summer Conference of Cryptocurrency mainly held by the Shenzhen Media Group and Bzone, which is the first big event FCH joined and sponsored.
On September 5th, IFswap launched the FCH/USDT trading pair and started the liquid harvest.
On November 10th, the first on-chain exam was held on FreeCash.
On November 11th, the knowledge base write.cash launched.
