No surprise there. A skam that's on the shit exchange. And in 2 years, 0 development. How can you even waste your time on this shit?

By chance there are 40k coins at one address. 1 masternode was launched, but 40k coins were blocked, instead of 20k. Official support cannot help, I deleted all masternodes, re-indexed, nothing is running masternodes, but still 40k coins are blocked. Forever. They can't be returned. This is a glitch of the wallet itself, support is silent, be careful!

Fee only: 0.5% or less
BTC payouts are processed once a day for balances above 0.0015
