So the main idea of the project is creating mining tool that are affordable in the cost needed to maintain the mining equipment by maxi mixing the power needed to run the mining equipment.
Electricity costs are the single largest expense in Bitcoin mining. Our business model revolves around minimizing electricity costs by locating the mines in my home country of Canada where we already have a very low base cost and further reducing costs by selling BTUs into the local market. This will bring our net cost to 0.02USD per kWh. No one else is doing this.

Guys seriously - this is the 19th coin/ICO this account has announced in the last three months. The basic numbers in the ANN don't add up, he hasn't answered other questions, it's not a new concept... if you simply have too much money and are trying to get rid of it then feel free to send it to me instead...
Agreed that the idea is not new but the implementation of the idea is unique in that our base energy cost is lower in Quebec and Manitoba is lower than anywhere else and our heat recovery technology with BTUs that we will be selling to adjacent buildings has not been done thus averaging down our electricity costs even lower. If you have never been to Canada and lived through minus 40 degree temps then you may not appreciate the importance of this technology Most importantly we have boots on the ground in Canada with myself and the rest of the Canadian team so we know what needs to be done to get it right.

Correct. The crowdsale funds raised will purchase mining rigs at already negotiated prices. We have been running a test farm since January as a proof of concept and have paid out 4 months worth of dividends to the early investors.
