Charity in Islam is a sacred act. Such things can not be supported. But, at the same time, we are perfectly aware that there is Islamic terrorism. So that's it. Where is the guarantee that there is a fee for charity, and not to support what I wrote above?
zakat must have a admission and trustness from governments. without it, your project will only be a fake/scam project and no trust by the others.
