Hicoin launched on November 11th 2015.

Designed to be an inclusive cryptocurrency, with initially based POW-POS just like peercoin, Proof-of-stake replaces proof-of-work to provide most of the network security. Under this hybrid design proof-of-work mainly provides initial minting and is largely non-essential in the long run.

And Hicoin features faster transaction confirmation times and improved storage efficiency than the leading math-based currency. HIcoin network does not require the use of large-scale, specialized hardware operations and is far more energy-efficient than traditional digital currency networks.

POS interest is 5% yeary from now-reserved wallet balance. The team are looking at many innovative &attractive projects designed to attract even more users, miners &investors such as gaming portals, trading and white label projects.
