I did not get one simple point here. Amit Kumar/Amit Bharadwaj is the owner of Highkart. He is also the director of NexGen FMPL. Then why did he takeover his own company with another ?

My friend started(registered) a company some years back and doing nothing. Now he is looking to start operations and inviting some good project to join him.
