For those who can't come here and build a mining farm, we want to make a few suggestions.
We (BaikalCloud team) deal with land purchase, electricity connection, construction and start-up of farms. Everything, except for the purchase of equipment, we are currently doing at our own expense.
The equipment is purchased with investors' funds through tokens on the Waves platform.
BCMST token
BCMST is a token, behind which is 16nm Antminer S9/S9i/S9j equipment, which operates in LPM mode (10.5 Th at 750W) at a rate of 0.82 rubles /kWh. This token will have a total of 40 devices. The maximum investment amount is 240,000 rubles (~$3100).
The full payback period for investors, including our commission, is 7-8 months. Our commission is floating, ranging from 10 to 40% of profit, but not less than 0.4 rubles from each kWh. It is recalculated every month to keep the ROI within 7-8 months for the token holder.
If the equipment starts working at a loss or there is a force majeure with the platform or electricity, all the equipment is sold at the market price and 90% of the proceeds are paid to the token holders. 10% in this situation is our commission as a seller.
Payments
All payments are made in Waves cryptocurrency at least once a month. Payments are credited only to wallets with at least 50 BCMST tokens (~ $50).
