This skill sharing platform is very beneficial for both job seeker and job offerer which connects them together and allows anyone to execute everything, from offering a job to payment with the use of your smartphone. This B2B marketplace for jobs on blockchain have huge potential in the market.

I think you SERIOUSLY underestimate the number of people doing this for a living, either so they can scam people or to sell fake accounts (which KYC doesn't stop, by the way - too easy to beat, especially with stolen IDs). I'm an admin of several FB groups and constantly (every day, multiple times a day) have to delete and remove account sellers from all of them.



Could well be. Anyway, we're thinking about that and have already introduced the "report" functionality with which the people could reach out to the application admins with their complaints about anything malicious or shady. It won't solve the problem for 100%, but should at least help to decrease the volume of scam. If we actually see that it is becoming a critical issue (I mean amount of scammers), we'll think of further steps. But so far we aim to build a reliable ecosystem.

The easy access of job creation is the future of this project vision. The product of Beepnow has a good brand but hope it reaches mass adoption. It's great the product is live in the app store and with great social media presence. The team is experienced enough to execute the product plan of jobs on blockchain.

So it's Upwork/Freelancer/PayPerHour/etc. on its own blockchain. What's to stop people manipulating reviews the same way they do on those sites? Simply open multiple accounts (or hire unethical people) and pump 5-star reviews in. Blockchain won't stop that happening and - since it's blockchain - you can't go back and remove the fakes.

Well, you are right that just the blockchain won't solve the problem of hyping up ratings. However, hyped rating won't guarantee getting lots of jobs in the long run as:
1) To avoid getting negative reviews/complaints/refund requests and other penalties the user will have to either provide acceptable level of services to those not involved in the shady schemes or be limited to hyped rating and exchanging limited amount of token/fiat funds (or keep hiring unethical people constantly to compensate negative impact, that will most likely be not profitable to bother about)

No, all they have to do is outweigh the expensive jobs' bad ratings with cheap jobs' 5-stars. That's how they do it everywhere.

Actually, given our platform is mainly an application for individuals/freelancers and initial goal is connecting an individual that needs some services with an individual/local that can provide such services, we don't think there has to be any leadership or strict management. However, beepnow will make sure that all the users have proper access to support in case of technical or financial issues, as well as the need to report/complain about  negative behavior or the law violation (both international and user's local). But given user reviews and job details are stored in blockchain, the users are safe from administration's possible malicious intents/shady schemes that some people may expect to have in place. Also, since both parties can only review each other after the job is completed and confirmed (payment is also released only after both parties confirm and review each other), the service provider/freelancer is more safe from trolls/haters/competitors.

Hello, thank you for your question.  By emitting the token as internal currency of the project's ecosystem we would like to ease the process of finding the services for people from different countries or regions. Quick sample off the top of my head, you live in UK and arrive to China or Japan and would like to hire a local guide or translator to help you out. But you don't need to exchange your fiat money to local currency or fall into tourist trap rip-offs at the airport, you just take your smartphone, open our application and look for people nearby that provide the services you need, choose the one that you like best based on profile and reviews given by users, arrange the job and pay him in token.

What purpose does the blockchain have in your project?

Hello, thank you for your question. Actually, there are 2 major uses of blockchain in our project. First is beepnow token, main currency for the internal ecosystem functionality, second is storing the reviews that parties/users (service seeker and service provider) give to each other after successful job completion. You can find more information on that in our whitepaper, link is in the start post.

The leader has or understands the vision of the project and his role is to make sure that everybody works towards achieving that vision. But a leader can't control 100 or more, so there's the "smaller leaders" that take in care a group of 10 to 20 people max to ensure all of the people working on the project are aiming for the same result (that's why the current political system doesnt work...we have a few people controlling millions of people, but I digress).

So yea, that part doesn't make sense to me neither...

I completely agree. The hierarchies have their role. It has nothing to do with centralization as many people would think. The reason why every company and (especially) every project needs a leader is simply because all people have different vision and if all people would work towards their own vision, it would be, as dzkrb stated, anarchy and the project would end up as complete mess.
