Using Smart Contracts on the Ethereum Blockchain, MySmartProperty (MSP) will facilitate direct real estate transactions between buyers and sellers, with or without agents, all over the world via our MySmartProperty Token (MSPT).

What We Do
MSP has developed Smart Contract technology on the Ethereum Blockchain utilising our patented system of assessing property on 10 investment and 10 common sense criteria. These 20 metrics clearly distinguish the MSP Platform from all other real estate comparator tools.
WORKING PRODUCT:
The MySmartProperty™ DAPP will have full functionality to provide comparative Analysis, location services, 20 comparable metrics, notification as well as Buy and Sell functions. Users will be able to list homes, negotiate online and pay deposits using MSPT or FIAT Currency as they desire.
The MySmartProperty™ DAPP will contain the Token wallet together with the core framework to facilitate end to end property transactions via the Ethereum Blockchain using the MSPT Token or FIAT currency to pay all or part of the fees for this process. Buyers can still choose to use the MSPT even if the seller does not wish to accept the token as payment because the MSP Trading Platform has a built-in exchange that will facilitate the necessary trades. Buyers can use the MSPT to pay for up to 100% of the contract or property purchase price. At completion or Contract Settlement, the MSP Rewards Program will award tokens back to both the buyer and seller up to the value of 2% of that contract price.
Buyers of the MSPT can use their Tokens in conjunction with normal currencies as part of the purchase price or any of the services available on the platform such as lawyers, finance brokers, photographers or any other service provider.
Cryptocurrencies are an extremely volatile asset class, but users of the MSP Trading Platform can have complete confidence in the system because the MSP Statutory Fund will provide a 100% guarantee that the buyers deposit or Settlement funds will reach the seller with its full FIAT value.
We anticipate the Token will be accepted on the major cryptocurrency exchanges allowing it to be exchanged or traded with Bitcoin, Ethereum and/or other cryptocurrencies. MSP have also established its own exchange to allow users instant access to MSPT for use within the eco-system.
