I didn't quite understand the issue of token allocation for participation in the Bounty campaign - accrual will occur immediately after the registered participant has passed the approval or when it becomes known?

Of course, such ICO is presented as a long-term perspective. No one is talking about the rapid growth of the token on the stock exchange. I see educational courses as a fairly consumed product. But you are certainly right that crypto-currency is not so popular in the world yet. It is possible that in India this process will be repelled by the urgent need for such courses.
