Another Pump-and-Run ICO scenario?
Other than a decent website with a vague set of goals, these assholes didn't even have the common courtesy to produce a goddam thing.
Not that I've felt differently over the past 3 years, but the ICO racket is a shameless, festering pit of dullards and uninspired scoundrels.
