Absolutely did not understand the concept, I was interested to understand, but I had the impression that you just want to drain twenty percent to the poor through the municipalities. Yes, and use the blockchain of Ethereum calls into question the very existence of such a charity due to the indiscreet Commission. We are in fact going to pay the miners Ethereum.
