if your goal are build strong community before doing any sale, then you should have bounty campaign on this forum and start the presale or public sale when you have build strong community on media socials, and end the bounty after the public sale succesfully implement and you already getting some fund from investor.

LikeCoin is an Ethereum based token that will:

• and the LikeCoin Ecosystem through social media interactions via "click mining."
  

We are raising funds by holding an Initial Loan Offering (ILO).  Initial Loan Offering (ILO) was conceptualized by our accounting team to protect the investors. ILO is a new way to support and fund our project. Funds will be raised by getting a loan from our investors and our tokens will be distributed to investors. All loans must be paid back to the investors in USD equivalent of the amount raised by 12/31/2023. The investors will continue to retain their LikeCoin tokens even after the repayment of the loan.

You get double the reward for supporting our project. You get your money back and you get LikeCoins!




There are clauses within the smart contract to protect the investors and assure the investors’s funds are safe.

1)  The smart contract will automatically execute and send 25% of the raised funds to the reserve fund. This fund will only be accessed upon the votes from the community if used for the project. If used to pay back the investors then no voting is necessary.

2)  Every month the smart contract will execute a function and send 1.875% of the funds from the team wallet to the reserve fund.

3)  Any quarter that the team hasn’t met the roadmap goal, the community may vote to transfer 5% from team wallet to reserve wallet.

4)  The smart contract will prevent the team from using more than 3.5% of the team’s funds per month unless voted on by the token holders.

5)  Once the reserve fund reaches the total value raised for the project from the investors, then the smart contract will be executed that will repay back the loan to the investors in the amount raised for the project in USD value.

- This will trigger the mining pool to release Likecoins. Released LikeCoin is distributed in the following manner:
34% to the User
33% to the Content Creator
33% LikeCoin Reserve
-The LikeCoin ecosystem is dependent on the engagement of the users. The users initiate the release of tokens from the mining pool which in turn is distributed among the user, content creator, and LikeCoin Reserve.

Release of coins is dependent on the total LikeCoin holdings of the user. The more LikeCoins the user holds, the higher the release rate.
