These are not the coins you're looking for.
I am going to launch these twin coins. They have a limited lifetime and will be relaunched monthly or perhaps quarterly, depending on how well they are received. They are meant to teach people how to launch coins. I am very much pro diversity (FREE MARKET) and I despise any One Troo Coin cult storm troopers. However, the spectacular implosion of catcoin tells me people might want to learn how to launch and promote a coin. During the creation of the coins, you will learn:
- Github coin variables
- Launch strategy
- Pool maintenance
- Community building
You will work in teams and build a coin for a cause, a community, an industry, a project... and so on. When you complete your coin, it'll be up to you to keep it going. JediCoin and SithCoin will be coded to self-destruct at the end of the learning period.

I would suggest teaching how the IRC part works. IMO that is something frequently done wrong, and the first post in the thread tells people to add the addnode lines to the config. Telling people to add addnode lines just seems halfassed.
