I will explain little better how coinjoin process works.
Multiple people send 0.001 BTC to 0.001 Pool.

At midnight if minimum is met we combine all inputs into single transaction and send to users output addresses in same transaction.
Users output amount is 0.001 - our fee.
From our fee we pay transaction cost and rest is profit.
Profit is sent to new address each time.

What happens when our profit is none like now where we do not charge fee?
We have extra 0.001 transactions ready, we add this to input transactions to cover fees.

This is example transaction where we took fees and made profit.

1. so what happens when we sent 0.0013 to BTC Pool?, where do the other (0.0003) go?.

2. Can we mix using the same output address into the variant pool?. for example I used bc1qfj7yh6gu8fwxveqwt5wgrzk5zzw72cgpujr6n0 as Output Address on 0.01 BTC pool with the same time I used that address for 0.001 BTC pool?

You are right, it can be misleading. I will remove it.

Using legacy address was easiest way to sign guarantee letters.

I do not think it is problem to get/make native segwit wallet.
Allowing direct non native segwit addresses in coinjoin output from my understanding would reduce anonymity set for some participants.

I know Wasabi is trustless.

Anyone can participate in coinjoin, wasabi user or not, you just need native segwit output address.

You are correct, that is why for now we will run coinjoin once a day for maximum anon set.
We have different pools, with wasabi you cant coinjoin 0.001 or 0.01 BTC.

The answer is yes most probably, and they are obligated to hand over all data and logs they collect to US agencies, that is not really a secret.

Alternative options I mentioned before are not using cloudflare, and I know onion is better but that was not the point.

But I can't choose anonymity set before I send my coins, meaning that if nobody else joins over night I will get coins with lowest possible anon set.
I would rather use Wasabi wallet directly, wait more to get 21 or 50 anonymity set, and I don't have to trust any website to do coinjoin for me.

If I send you exactly 0.001BTC, then the coinjoin transaction indeed has no "change". But my deposit transaction has change, so it just moves it to an earlier transaction compared to using Wasabi Wallet.

There's a much bigger shortcoming: the user has to trust you, while Wasabi Wallet is trustless:
You're asking several people to trust you with up to 1 Bitcoin (and maybe 5 or 10 Bitcoin in the future). With a minimum of 5 users, you'll be trusted with enough money to buy a house in most countries. What's stopping you from exit scamming at the earliest possibility?

You could have said same thing about using alternative also.
There are alot of benefits to use cloudflare, as i said you are free to use onion directly.

We are not using Wasabi Wallet for coinjoin.

We are like coordinator in Wasabi.
You send bitcoin to generated address by us, from here we combine your input with other users input and send to output address you provided in single transaction.
You can try it and track your input to output.
You can clearly see anonymity set in transaction once it is mined.
If you generate output address with Wasabi Wallet, then Wasabi Wallet will show you also your final anonymity set.

What does this address mean exactly? My initial thought was you have shared this address to prove you have the fund but I checked the address and it's empty. What does this address refer to exactly? Can you please explain more?

Protection from what?
I doubt anyone will try to attack your website after few days of existencem and there are alternatives you could use instead of cloudflare, that could be agency honeypot along with JoinMix.

So are you just using Wasabi wallet, or you are inspired by Wasabi like you wrote in your first post, without any explanations how this works?
I saw what you wrote about alleged benefits compared to Wasabi, but there are no proofs that using JoinMix is breaking links with addresses, and we can't see anonymity set you are using and that can be two.

I'm not a Wasabi user, but I just read the "doing coinjoin step-by-step" part, and based on the 5th step + the current state of your website, the above-highlighted part is inaccurate!

There's always going to be trust issues with new platforms offering such services, but regardless of that, you should also provide support for Legacy and SegWit addresses ^{[I don't think those who really care about improving the privacy of their coins, would mind paying a bit more in fees]}.

Your JoinMix website is using Cloudflare, that is a red flag and not something bitcoin mixer should use because it is obviously reducing privacy.
I also see no reason why anyone would use your service when they can coinjoin bitcoin using Wasabi wallet that is using proven and tested coinjoin model, or reliable mixers like Chipmixer.
I think that fees for Wasabi coinjoin are much less (coordinator fee of 0.003% * anonymity set), new version 2.0 will enable coinjoin for anyone even with lower limits, and Chipmixer is working on donation based model for fees.

What is anonymity set aka "anon set"?
The anonymity set is effectively the size of the group you are hiding in.

If 6 people take part in a CoinJoin (0.1 BTC Pool) and there are 6 outputs then each of those output coins has an anonymity set of 6.

There is no way to know which of the anon set output coins are owned by which of the input owners. All an observer knows is that a specific anon set output coin is owned by one of the owners of one of the input Coins i.e. 6 people - hence an anonymity set of 6..
