Loco got so messed up that actual coins per the blockchain and coins per the exchanges were materially different. There is no way to save the old Loco. The only option is to re-launch.

I was running Loco and all was going well till it started forking one after another some thought it was due to quark algo to which the situation turned to a mess, I did updates to the code but it still never sorted all of it out.

I would prefer a block explorer, a web page, a new wallet that can sync fast and lass CPU intensive. If you are really the dev, you should be able to make it with ease!

What about changing some specs like not going straight to 100%k PoS instead of this, go with a slow growing PoS until reach 100k% and slow decrease on PoS until 10% right after 100k% blocks, a ASIC resistance algo will be nice, what about skunkhash raptor?

As my original account Nightz is not in my access anymore hence why 0 posts on loco yet all these absolutely rubbish posts on everything else.
So technically i'm just taking back control of the ann as I still have access to github and nodes.
And as for a relaunch that has been thought about quite some what but I would need a very trusted member to destroy all old coins etc.
I am sure we can clear it all up tho as long as I have the support.

I don't really mind new coins, as long as they have (or quickly get) a real raison d'etre other than just being a new coin. Otherwise it really is an indication of yet another pump-and-dump clone with nothing substantial to bring to the table.

I released Loco quite some time back (April 15, 2016, 04:49:44 PM) to see what I could get done without promising everybody i'm going to make em rich or to invest. My coins are here for learning curves.
I will gain all my trust back along with users no matter how long it takes.
