I experienced it with the clearnet site. And yeah, using a Telegram bot isn't optimal for privacy but like ABCbits says some people are willing to do that trade off.

It shows an error and requires you to reload the page a few times.

What exactly do you mean by "website isn't super reliable"? Downtime? Bugged?
