That's completely false and also you have done the math wrong a 13 hour difference from 12am wouldn't be 1am the next day that would be 25 hour difference  .

The real time difference between Eastern and Beijing is 12 hours. So 12am Eastern time would be 12pm in Beijing.

There is 13 hours time difference between EST and BeiJing.
So, April 14th 12am Eastern Time is mean April 15th 01am BeiJing Time(UTC +8)

MandarinCoin - A coin for China: Airdrop to happen April 14th 12am Eastern Time - 12am in New York - 12PM in Beijing

China currently has a population of about 1.4 billion people , Mandarin Coin will have a total supply of 3 billion coins which will have a 50% premine. The 50% Premine of 1.5 billion coins will be airdropped to China on April 14th each Chinese citizen will receive one mandarin. If all Mandarin Coins aren't claimed by a date (that will soon be determined) The remaining Mandarin Coins in the 50% premine will be distributed among the citizens that have already claimed their coins. So think of the initial MandarinCoin that all participants receive as a placeholder and if only 14 million people claim their coin (1% of Population of China) The remaining coins will be distribued among the participants so each chinese citizen would get 100 MandarinCoins. Your coins will be sent to the address that was initially sent the one MandarinCoin.



Airdrop Method

The coins will be distributed to the citizens of china using the National Chinese ID database system. This system will allow us to confirm the ID of chinese citizens requesting Mandarin Coin and along with other implementations into the verification process the airdrop will flow almost seamlessly.
